Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, factory-sealed packaging and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked mailing service.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
